If the need does call for it, this should be your go-to question. Fortunately, Ethos made more than one way available to go about the process. There are three ways in which a customer can claim an extended warranty and they are: 

By phone: To go through this process over the phone, you would need to dial the company’s claims department number to claim your warranty. Here is how your experience should be. After dialing the number which is (855) 342-0323, Inform the representative of the problem you’re having and that you’d like to file a warranty claim. Then you would be given more instructions on the matter. Do not worry. You would be put through the entire ordeal. 

By mail: Ethos Group has also made it possible to claim your warranty by email. This is an option that can save you from having to wait in line. All you need to do is send an email clearly stating the issue in much detail as you can. Do not forget to include your warranty purchase information or contact information. 

In-person: This may be the best option for you if you do not have a habit of having to wait for customer service to get back to you. You could walk in and claim your EG assurance extended warranty on the spot. You would just need to bring your car to the dealership where you bought your warranty plan and provide your contact details.
